Subscribed in iOS app:
Go to App Store -> click on your details (right corner) -> click on your Apple ID -> “Subscriptions” or “Contact Apple support”.
Subscribed in Android app:
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store (check to make sure you’re signed to the correct Google Account). Tap on „Menu“ (your icon in upper right corner), then tap on „Payments and Subscriptions“ and choose „Subscriptions“. Select ZoomOn app, tap on „Cancel subscription“ and follow the instructions.
Subscribed in Lite app (web browser or Microsoft/Linux app):
Go to the Lite version of the app (web browser version or the desktop application) and log in to your ZoomOn account. Go to the menu of the app and click on „Premium Account“. Here, click on the „Purchase management“ link, which will take you to the billing zone. Find the ZoomOn app, click on the related „Cancel Subscription“ link and follow the instructions.
Subscribed via PayPal:
Go to paypal.com and log in to your account. Click the Gear icon in the upper right of the screen, choose “Payments” -> “Manage Automatic Payments”. Find “Master Home Security s.r.o.” in merchants’ list and click the Cancel button.
