What to do if I have connection issues?

Make sure you use the up-to-date version of ZoomOn app on all devices. The app can just be stuck so force quit it and start it again. Also check your modem/gateway, Wi-Fi router and internet connection. If the issue is network stability related, just reboot all these devices and check for the internet connection. If it is not stable, switch your mobile phone to 3G/4G/5G/LTE.
